When two-factor authentication is enabled
1. Log in to AppClose, select the profile tab (lower right corner), and then click the ‘Settings’ icon (upper left corner):
2. Click ‘Delete account’:
3. Provide a reason for deleting your account and click ‘Delete my account’:
4. Confirm your decision by clicking ‘Yes’:
5. To verify your identity, click ‘Send code’:
6. Enter the code sent to your mobile device:
You will receive a notification that your account has been deleted:
When two-factor authentication is not enabled
1. Log in to AppClose, select the profile tab (lower right corner), and then click the ‘Settings’ icon (upper left corner):
2. Click ‘Delete account’:
3. Provide a reason for deleting your account and click ‘Delete my account’:
4. You will be asked to confirm your desire to delete your account. Click ‘Yes’:
5. Provide a final confirmation by clicking ‘Yes’:
You will receive a notification that your account has been deleted:
