How do I access in-app session records?

 

In-app session records allow users to see when they log in and log out of AppClose on any given day.

1. Select the profile tab (bottom right tab).
2. Select the settings icon (top left corner).

 

 

 

Select “In-app sessions records”

 

  

Click on the data range bubble at the top of the screen to change the data range for the export of your in-app session records.

 

 

 

1. Select a start date for this data range.

 

2. Select an end date for this data range.

 

3. Click the orange arrow to proceed.

 

 

To export in-app session records for the specified data range, click the export button in the top right-hand corner.

 

 

 

Your session logs will appear on your screen for your review.  To export these in-app session records, click on the export button in the top right-hand corner.

 

 

Select the method you want to use to export these records in PDF form.
