The What’s New screen will show you any events, requests, or expenses that you, your co-parent, or a third party has created or shared, along with the current status of any requests.
1. Select the home icon (bottom left) to view the What’s New screen.
To view the status of a request from your What’s New screen:
Find the request you’re looking for and tap on it.
Your request will show as “pending” until the recipient approves or declines the request.
You will receive a notification when the recipient approves, pays, or declines a request.
To view the status of a request:
Option 1:
- Select the home icon (bottom left).
- Tap the icon (top right).
Click on “UPDATES” to see if a request was approved, paid, or declined.
Option 2:
- Select the home icon (bottom left).
2. Find the request you’re looking for and tap on it.
Check the status icon to see if this request was approved, paid, or declined.
A green tick indicates that your request was approved.
A green wallet indicates that your request was paid.
A red x indicates that your request was declined.
