How do I start a chat conversation?

Note: By design, chat conversations between co-parents cannot be archived, altered, or *deleted.

1. Tap the chat icon (bottom center).
2. You can chat with any connected co-parent or third party. Choose the person with whom you want to start a chat conversation. 

To attach documents or media (photos, videos, etc.) to your chat messages, select the paper clip icon.

Choose how you would like to attach a document or media to your chat message. 

A grey tick indicates your message was sent. 

A green tick indicates that your message was received and read.

To expand a chat message for a larger view of the conversation and/or to continue writing, click the  icon. 

*Chat conversations between co-parents are only deleted (and cannot be recovered) when both parties delete their AppClose account.
