How do I view and export my call records?

At times, it may be helpful to view and download your call history as documentation.  Downloading call history with a specific contact is quick and convenient:

Log into AppClose from your mobile device

Click the ‘Chat’ icon at the bottom of your screen:

Select the chat screen for the contact you wish to call:

Once the chat screen is open, click the contact’s name:

Once you click the contact’s name, you will see a list of options appear on your screen:

Select ‘Call records’ to open the call log for that contact:

Click the ‘Export’ icon in the top right corner of your call log screen.

You will receive an email with a link to download the call log.
