To send or receive money through ipayou, both parties (the sender and recipient) must have a verified ipayou account. If you have not yet verified your ipayou account, click “Verify” to verify your identity.
1. Enter your address information, date of birth, and last 4 digits of your SSN to verify your identity.
2. Click “Verify” to proceed.
Click “Verify” to proceed after carefully reviewing your date of birth and last four digits of your SSN as this information cannot be modified in the future.
If any of your personal information is missing or incorrect, you may be asked to retry your verification.

2. Click “Verify” to proceed after carefully reviewing your date of birth and your SSN as this information cannot be modified in the future.
If more information is needed in order to verify your identity, you will be asked to answer security questions. You will have two minutes to submit your answers.
1. Answer the security questions asked.
2. Click “Send” to proceed.
If your identity is unable to be verified, your ipayou account may be suspended. Contact us at support@appclose.com to resolve the issue.
If your identity is unable to be verified using the automated system, you may need to upload a valid copy of one of the following: Passport, Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
After selecting one of the document options needed for ipayou verification (i.e. Driver’s License), upload a copy of that document using one of the options from the drop-down menu.
Click “Upload” to submit a copy of this documentation for ipayou verification.
Click “Done” after successfully uploading your documentation. An email will be sent to you after your ipayou verification is completed.
To check the status of ipayou verification, click the orange arrow.
If your ipayou verification status is still pending, an email will be sent to you ipayou verification is completed.
