How do I close my AppClose Pro account?

You can close your AppClose Pro account through its account settings or by contacting support@appclose.com. AppClose Pro is a web service. If you also have a consumer account, you do not need to close your consumer account in the mobile app to request closure of your Pro account.

Before closing your Pro account, save the records and documents you need for your professional obligations. AppClose Pro is not your practice-management system or permanent client-file archive.

Closure ends your Pro access, including access to connected clients' information. It does not delete underlying records retained under AppClose's policies or other participants' records.

You may register for AppClose Pro again, but you will need new client connections and the required permissions. Previous access permissions do not automatically return.
