AppClose Solo lets you share an event, request, or expense with someone who is not connected to you in AppClose. You can send the link using text, email, or another sharing service.
Anyone who has the link can open the shared item without an AppClose login or passcode. The link expires 10 days after it is sent, and it cannot be revoked before it expires. A link sent before the current Terms of Service took effect expires 10 days after that version took effect. A recipient can forward the link to someone else while it is still valid, so check the item and its attachments before sharing sensitive information.
A Solo link shares the particular item; it does not give the recipient access to your entire account or create a private AppClose chat. Depending on the item, the recipient can view it, respond to a request, or download a calendar event as an .ics file.
Receiving a reimbursement link does not itself create a payment account. To use ipayou, the person must register and meet its U.S. account-verification and linked-bank requirements.
Before sending, confirm that you selected the correct recipient and that you are comfortable with anyone holding the link seeing its contents and understand that they might forward those contents.
For the full rules, see Section 4 of the Terms of Service and Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
