Option 1:
- Select the calendar icon.
- Select the icon. From your list of calendars, choose “All Calendars” or the calendar where you recorded the request you want to view.
- Select the statistics icon at the bottom of the screen.
1. Confirm your statistics screen is set to “REQUESTS” to view all of your custom requests within a specified data range.
2. Confirm the data range for the custom request(s) you want to view.
3. To view the status of all custom requests (sent and received), select “All”. To view the status of custom requests received by you, select “Received”. To view the status of custom requests sent by you, select “Sent”.
4. The status of your custom requests (within the specified data range) are organized in the following categories for your review: Approved, Pending, Declined, and Cancelled. You can view the status of custom requests in any category.
Option 2:
1. Select the home icon (bottom left).
2. Find the custom request you’re looking for and tap on it.
Your request will show as “pending” until your request is approved or declined.
You will receive a notification when your request is approved or declined. To view notification updates for the status of a custom request:
1. Select the home icon (bottom left corner).
2. Tap the “” icon (top right corner).
Click on the request under “UPDATES” to view the status of your custom request (pending, approved, or declined).
A green tick indicates that your request was approved.
A red x indicates that your request was declined.
