1. How do I purchase a Call Recording package?
1. Log in to AppClose, and select the “Profile” tab (bottom right corner). Ensure your profile is selected and tap “Call Recordings”:
2. You will be directed to the Call Recordings screen. Click “Buy Call Recording” button.
3. You will be directed to a screen with available purchase options. Select an option (if not pre-selected) and click “Buy”.
4. Complete the purchase.
After a successful purchase, your Call Recording status will update with a new expiration date.
2. How do I access my Call Recording history?

2. You will be directed to the Call Recordings screen. Click “Call Recording History”.
3. You will be directed to your Call Recordings History.
If there are recordings, you will see a list of calls from the past 90 days. Tap a call to view or export it.
3. How do I make a call with Call Recording enabled?
1. Log in to AppClose, and open a personal chat with the person you want to call.
2. Tap the Audio or Video call icon in the top-right corner of the chat screen.
3. If both users have given permission to record the call and you’ve purchased the Call Recording feature, tap “Record” in the pop-up.
4. The call will begin. If call recording is active, a voice notification will be played and the call will be saved in your Call Recording History.
After the call ends, you will see a confirmation message that the call was recorded. The call will also appear as the last message in your chat, with the duration of the call.
