1. How do I make a call with Call Recording enabled?
1. Log in to AppClose, and open a personal chat with the person you want to call.
2. Tap the Audio or Video call icon in the top-right corner of the chat screen.
3. If both users have given permission to record the call, a pop-up will appear asking whether to make the call with recording or without recording. Tap Record in the pop-up.
4. The call will begin. If call recording is active, a voice notification will be played and the call will be saved in your Call Recording History.
After the call ends, you will see a confirmation message that the call was recorded. The call will also appear as the last message in your chat, with the duration of the call.
2. How do I access my Call Recording history?
1. Log in to AppClose, and select the Profile tab (bottom right corner). Ensure your profile is selected and tap Call Recordings:

If there are recordings, you will see a list of calls from the past year. Tap a call to view or export it.
3. How do I export my Call Recording?
Call recordings or transcriptions are available for export for up to one year from the time the call was made.
