AI Chat Dashboard Widgets

AppClose Pro allows you to connect with multiple clients and request access to view chat communication between your client and their co-parents. The challenge for legal professionals in this scenario is staying on top of all of the communication that happens between co-parents when dozens of messages from each set of co-parents may occur daily. AppClose Pro offers AI Summaries to help stay up to date without having to read through irrelevant messages.

When you log in to AppClose Pro, the dashboard will contain two helpful widgets. The New summaries widget will display the number of new AI Summaries you have, and the number of messages they include. Clicking on it will open the Shared chats screen and populate a list of chats containing new summaries. The Unread summaries widget will display a list of all the shared chats that contain Ai summaries you haven’t yet read. Clicking on Open shared chats above this tile will open your Shared chats screen:

How the AI Assistant handles client information. The AI Assistant works only on the records your client has chosen to share with you, for the date range they selected, and only while that authorization is in effect. Its summaries and answers are not added to anyone's records.
