How do I add and share important pet information?

1. Select the profile tab (bottom right corner)

2. Select the pet profile you’d like to add information to

Add Important Reminders

1.Select “Important Reminders” and press the orange “+” button to add a reminder:

2. Provide a title for your reminder:

3. Specify a date and time for your reminder:

4. Choose a calendar for this event, and anyone you’d like to share this event with.

5. When you select “Share with” you have the option to select a co-parent, import a contact, or add an email address manually. To add additional recipients, press the red “+” button (bottom left corner):

Note: If you choose to import a contact, you will need to provide permission for AppClose to access your contacts.

6. Choose whether this event repeats and set reminders. When you’re ready, press “Create”: Specify whether this event will repeat and how often.  You can select Never, Every Year, or Every Other Year. 

Additionally, specify whether you’d like a 1st and 2nd reminder, and the reminder interval. The options are None, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day, 2 days, or 1 week.

Add Medical information

1. From the Profile tab, select your pet and press “Medical”:

3. Choose the information you’d like to add:

If you select “Doctor” you can import a contact from your device or provide contact details. Additionally, you can add a memo, attach a file, and share this information with others:
