Exporting reimbursement requests:
1. Select the calendar tab:
2. Select the icon.
3. From your list of calendars, choose “All Calendars” or the calendar where you recorded the request you want to export (e.g. “Expenses & Requests”):
4. Select the statistics icon at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the “Reimbursements” tab to view all of your recorded reimbursements within a specified data range:
6. If necessary, Select an alternate date range for this export by tapping the existing date range:
Enter your desired date range and select “OK”:
7. Optional: Select “All” and choose whether you’d like to view All, Received or Sent reimbursements depending on which type of request(s) you’d like to export:
You can choose to view and export Paid, Approved, Declined, Pending, or Canceled or Resubmitted requests by selecting one of the categories further below:
8. When you’re ready, select the export icon:
You will receive a notification informing you that the export link is being generated, that it is only visible to you, and that it is private unless you choose to share it. Select “OK” to continue, or “Cancel” to cancel your export:
You will receive a notification that the system is generating your export, and that you will receive a download link via email. Select “OK” to continue:
Open your email, and tap the data link to view, download or share the data.
Exporting expenses:
1. Select the calendar tab:
2. Select the icon.
3. From your list of calendars, choose “All Calendars” or the calendar where you recorded the expenses you want to export (e.g. “Expenses & Requests”):
4. Select the statistics icon at the bottom of the calendar screen.
5. Select the “Expenses” tab to view all of your recorded reimbursements within a specified data range:
6. If necessary, Select an alternate date range for this export by tapping the existing date range:
Enter your desired date range and select “OK”:
7. Optional: Select “All” and choose whether you’d like to view All, Received or Sent reimbursements depending on which type of request(s) you’d like to export:
You can choose to view and export your expenses by category by selecting one of the categories further below:
