The client dashboard lets you see and manage your clients and related requests in one place. To view the client dashboard login to AppClose Pro and tap the ‘Clients’ icon from the menu on the left:
This will produce the Client Dashboard. There are four tabs in your dashboard: Clients, Pending requests, Outgoing requests, and Shared Chats:
Clients:
This is the default view when you click ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu. Here, you can view a list of your clients, which you can sort by name by clicking on the column header. You will also see email addresses (for clients you have invited to connect), and an ‘action’ column, where you can terminate your connection to a client. Clicking on a client will open that client’s profile:
Pending Requests:
By clicking on the ‘Pending requests’ tab, you can see a list of clients who have issued a request to connect to you via AppClose. From here, you can accept or reject incoming requests:
Outgoing Requests:
By clicking the “Outgoing requests’ tab, you can see a list of requests you’ve sent to clients to connect via AppClose. From this screen, you can cancel your request:
Shared Chats:
By clicking the ‘Shared Chats’ tab, you can view a list of requests you’ve sent to view chat communications between co-parents.
- Green ‘Active’ status indicates a chat that you currently have access to. To disconnect from a shared chat, click the ‘Disconnect’ icon to the right of the ‘Active’ status.
- A Purple ‘New chat’ status indicates a new chat in that shared chat.
- A yellow ‘Pending’ status indicates a pending request for access. To resend your request, click the ‘Resend’ icon to the right of the ’pending’ status.
- An orange ‘Expired’ status indicates your access to this shared chat has expired and you need to request access again in order to view these messages.
- An orange ‘Declined’ status indicates your client has declined your request for access to a shared chat. By hovering over the question mark, you can see any reason provided.
