How do I view communication between co-parents?

Method 1: From the main ‘Shared chats’ screen

1. Log in to AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:

2. Select the ‘Shared chats’ tab and click on the co-parents for whom you wish to view their chat communication:

NOTE: 

If you have a large list of clients, using the search field in the upper left corner is a helpful way to find their records

3. Here you will see information about the chat stream at the top of the screen and messages between the selected co-parents, including any shared information, schedules, or activities. Clicking on a specific message will provide information about when that message was sent and viewed by each co-parent:

Hovering over a specific message will produce a message menu. Here, you can copy the message text, or view details, including when the message was sent, and seen by co-parents:

To view any file sent, click on the file in the chat history to download it, or click the menu in the upper right corner and select the media or files tab:

To find communciation for specific date(s), click the ‘Calednar’ icon (top right corner) and select the date(s) you wish to view:

Method 2: From the client screen

1. Log in to AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:

2. Select the client whose records you wish to review:

NOTE: If you have a long client list, using the search field in the upper left corner will help you access their records more quickly

3. Select the ‘Share chats’ tab. Click the co-parent whose chat records with you client you’d like to review (for example, Methilda Taylor):

This will allow you to view communication between your client and their co-parent:
