Method 1: From the ‘Clients’ dashboard
- Log in to ApClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the menu on the left:
- On the ‘Clients’ dashboard select the ‘Shared chats’ tab:
- Locate the shared chat you wish to terminate your access to. You can search for a specific chat using the search field, or sort by status. When you have located the shared chat you wish to terminate access to, click the ‘Disconnect’ icon to the right of that shared chat:
You will no longer be able to see this shared chat. To gain access again, you will need to send a request to your client.
Method 2: From an individual client screen:
- Log in to ApClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the menu on the left:
- On the ‘Clients’ dashboard, select the client for whom you wish to disconnect shared chats (Andrew Turner, for example). If it’s helpful, search for a specific client by name or email address using the search field:
- On the client screen, select the ‘Share chats’ tab and click the ‘Disconnect’ icon next to the shared chat you no longer wish to access:
You will no longer be able to see this shared chat. To gain access again, you will need to send a request to your client.
