Method 1: From the main ‘Shared chats’ screen
- Open AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:
- On the ‘Clients’ screen, select the ‘Shared chats’ tab. Here you will see a list any chat participants, the date of your request when access was granted, when it expires, as well as the current status. Statuses include Active, Pending, Expired, Declined. The number to the right of the ‘Shared chats’ tab title indicates the number of currently active shared chats:
Note: In instances in which you have a long list of access requests, use the search field in the upper left corner to help you locate a specific request and its status.
To see why a request was declined, click or hover over the orange ‘Question mark’ icon next to the status:
To resend a request, click the ‘Resend’ icon next to the ‘Pending’ status:
Method 2: From the Client page:
- Open AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:
- On the ‘Clients’ screen, select the client whose request status you wish to view:
Note: In instances in which you have a long list of access requests, use the search field in the upper left corner to help you locate a specific request and its status.
- From the client screen, select the ‘Shared chats’ screen. Here you will see any access requests and their status:
