How do I export chat communication with a client?

Method 1 - From the ‘Chats’ menu:

1. Tap the ‘Chats’ icon from the left menu:

2. Select the chat conversation associated with the record(s) you want to export (e.g. Zachary Daniels):

3. Click the ‘Chats’ icon (upper right corner): 

4. Make sure that the ‘Export’ tab is selected at the top of the screen: 

5. Select a default date range or choose a specific range of dates:

6. When you have located the message(s) you wish to export, select ‘Export’:

5. You will receive a notification that the link being generated is only available to you unless you share it.  Click ‘OK’ to close the notification: 

6. You will receive a notification that your export is being generated.  

7. Check your email and click the download link it contains. 

Method 2 - From the ‘Clients’ menu:

1. Tap the ‘Clients’ icon from the left menu:

2. Click on the client with whom you wish to chat:

3. Ensure the ‘Chats’ tab is selected and click the chat you wish to export:

4. Click the ‘Chats’ icon (upper right corner):

5. With the export tab selected, choose the date range you wish to export and click ‘Export’:
