How do I copy, bookmark or reply to an individual message? 

1. Select ‘Chats’ from the left menu:

2. Select the individual or group chat containing the message you wish to copy, bookmark or reply to.

3. Hover over that message and select Copy, Bookmark, or Reply from the menu:
