Method 1: From the Chats screen:
1. Tap the ‘Chats’ icon from the left menu:
2. Choose the individual or group with whom you wish to chat. Type your message and select the blue ‘Send’ icon:
To locate a specific date or range of dates in a longer chat, click on the calendar icon (upper right corner) and select your date(s):
NOTE:
A gray tick indicates your message was sent.
A blue double tick indicates that your message was received and read.
You may also see a ‘Not sent’ status. In these instances, you may re-send the message.
Method 2: From the Clients screen:
1. Tap the ‘Clients’ icon from the left menu:
2. Click on the client with whom you wish to chat:
3. Ensure the ‘Chats’ tab is selected and click the conversation you wish to engage with:
4. To locate a specific date or range of dates in a longer chat, click on the calendar icon (upper right corner) and select your date(s):
NOTE:
