Method 1: From the ‘Share chats’ screen:
1. Log in to AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:
2. Select the ‘Shared chats’ tab and click on the chat for which you would like to export records. You may also use the search bar to search for specific shared chats:
3. Click the chat menu:
Note: To export a record of chat communication between co-parents, you must first request authorization from your client. Your client can approve or decline your request and set a duration of up to 90 days for making exports available to you. Once the duration set by the client expires, you must request another authorization.
4. Ensure the ‘Export’ tab is selected and choose the time period for the record you’d like to export. When ready, click ‘Next’.
5. Optionally, enter a reason for your request. Then click ‘Send request’ to send the authorization request to your client:
Your client will receive an email with a link to review your request.
When approved, you will receive 2 emails. The first is a notification that your request has been approved. The second contains a download link for your requested export file:
Method 2: From an individual ‘Client’ page:
1. Log in to AppClose Pro and select ‘Clients’ from the navigation menu on the left:
2. Select the client whose chat history you wish to export:
3. Ensure the ‘Shared chats’ tab is selected and click on the active shared chat for which you would like to export records:
4. Click the ‘Chats’ menu (upper right corner):
5. Ensure the ‘Export’ tab is selected and choose the time period for the records you’d like to export. When ready, click ‘Next’:
