How do I update my email address?

When your phone number is verified:

1. Log in to AppClose and select the ‘Profile’ tab (lower right corner). With your profile selected, click ‘Edit’ to the left of your email address:

2. You will be directed to a screen indicating that a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Click ‘Send code’:

3. Enter the code sent to your mobile number:

4. Provide your new email address and click ‘Update email’:

5. Enter the verification code sent to your new email address:

Your email address has been successfully updated.

When your phone number is not yet verified:

1. Log in to AppClose and select the ‘Profile’ tab (lower right corner). With your profile selected, click ‘Edit’ to the left of your email address:
