After closing a consumer account, you cannot sign back in or reopen it. You can still ask support@appclose.com for a free uncertified PDF of your available Exportable Records. There is no deadline to submit the request.
Make the request with the original account email if possible and explain that you are requesting records from a closed account. AppClose will verify your identity. Records are delivered to the original account email or a recovery email added before closure. If you cannot access either email but a phone number was already on file, support may use it for verification and help establish a replacement delivery email.
If you cannot access the original email and had no recovery email or phone number on file when the account closed, AppClose cannot verify your identity or send the PDF.
AppClose does not locate accounts by searching a person's name. Provide the account email and any requested verification information through the support process.
What can I receive?
The PDF can include available messages, shared images, call details, requests, expenses, check-ins, and session logs. It is not a certified export and does not include call recordings or transcripts, calendars, personal notes, profiles, child-profile information, contacts, or signup information.
Closing an account ends call-recording and transcript downloads even if a retained copy has not yet reached its deletion date. Download those files before closing.
For certified records relating to a closed U.S. account, the subpoena or court-order process described in the Certified Records and Subpoena Policy applies. Emailing support does not create a certified legal-process request.
Opening a new consumer account with a different email does not restore or transfer your former account's records.
