How do I set up my AppClose account?

After a short introduction of the AppClose features, tap the “Get Started” button to create your profile.

1. Enter your email address and confirm the email address is correct. If so, a verification code will be sent to your email.

2. Click the orange arrow to proceed.

Copy the code in your email to verify your email address.

Enter the verification code:

Complete your profile:

1. Enter your first and last name;

2. Enter your gender;

3. Enter your phone number;

4. Enter your country, state, city, and zip code;

5. Specify whether your use of AppClose is court-ordered.

Optional: To make yourself visible when searched by other users, turn on “Visible in search”.

Optional: You can also add a photo to your profile for added personalization.

Click “Sign up” when finished.

Two things to know before you sign up. AppClose accounts are for adults (18 and over); a parent can add a child's profile, but a child cannot hold an account. Your email address is your account identifier — we cannot find your account by name. Add a backup email and verify your phone number so that we can verify your identity and restore access if you ever lose access to your email; without one of them we have no way to do that.
