How do I see when people have viewed a message?

1. Select ‘Chats’ from the left menu:

2. Select the individual or group chat containing the message you wish to check, hover over that message, and click the ‘info’ icon:

This will produce a screen displaying ‘Sent by’ and ‘Seen by’ information with timestamps:
